How to replace existing obihai 100 + Google Voice with new obihai 202 device

I am using Obihai 100 with Google Voice for many years. Now I purchased new device Obihai 202. How do I replace the 100 with new 202? Are there any documented steps?

If you are not going to use the Obi100, then you may want to remove it from the Obi portal and possibly do a factory reset to remove any of your details on it too.
